CERES / PRODUCT FILM
Ceres product film:
from idea to screen.
Introducing a kitchen appliance through a film about household food-waste management. Concept, script, production, and edit led by Andie Howard.
THE PROJECT
A household problem.
A product story.
Ceres focuses on simplifying household food-waste management. This project brought its kitchen appliance to the screen through a product film by Blonde Girl TV Productions.
The creative challenge was introducing a product through a familiar household problem. The film gives viewers a reason to care about food-waste management before asking them to learn about the appliance. This is a description of the storytelling approach, not a claim about product performance or campaign sales.
Andie developed the concept and script, then carried the filming and edit through to the finished product film. Keeping those decisions with one creative lead helped the story remain coherent from its opening premise through the final piece. Watch the film above to see the work itself.
For a business with a product that needs an explanation, the project shows how a commercial can connect a practical problem with a clear visual story. Learn more about Andie’s commercial production process or planning placement for your creative.
